Site Management Specialist

About the Job
We are currently seeking a site management specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of field staff, ensuring their wellbeing and adhering to health and safety standards.
This role requires the ability to prioritise and multitask while building working relationships with the team and clients. Previous knowledge of the utilities sector, especially drainage and waste water, is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations
- Evaluate employee performance
- Liaise with the office planners / team leaders
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Hard working and respectful individual
- Previous management and leadership experience
- Fully qualified UK driver
- Prior knowledge of the utilities sector
Estimated Salary: £38,000 - £50,000 per annum
