Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Compliance and Quality Assistant to join our team at Slough & Langley College.

The successful candidate will work 37 hours per week for 39 weeks per year, supporting the efficient running of the English and Maths department.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the team.
  • Ensure compliance and audit readiness.
  • Manage internal audits.
  • Oversee exam entries and MIS submissions.
  • Maintain data integrity.

In terms of quality assurance, the Compliance and Quality Assistant will be responsible for carrying out internal verification activities to meet awarding body and company standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a similar role or related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
