About the Role:

AtkinsRéalis seeks a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveying professional to lead our team and deliver high-quality services to clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead an existing team of Quantity Surveyors, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Deliver high-quality Quantity Surveying services directly to client organisations, managing commercial aspects of commissions and/or projects.
  • Manage client relationships and service delivery on a project basis, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve outstanding results.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance commercial performance, ensuring the organisation's continued success.
  • Mentor and support junior colleagues, promoting their professional development and career growth.
  • Play a key role in generating repeat business and new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise and industry connections.
  • Engage with other AtkinsRéalis offices across the UK to work together to provide services and develop new work.
  • Apply the principles of quality assurance and environmental management in compliance with the organisation's Policies.

About You:

We are looking for a seasoned Quantity Surveying professional with a strong track record of delivering complex projects and leading high-performing teams. You should have:

Strong customer management skills, including managing expectations and delivering exceptional results.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to represent the company during bid interviews.Competent knowledge of a range of procurement options available in the industry.Strong JCT and/or NEC contract experience, with a detailed understanding of methods and rules of measurement.Effective people management skills, including training and mentoring less experienced members of staff.
