Strategic Sales Director for EMEA Region

Role Overview
Oxford Instruments Plc is seeking a highly skilled and ambitious sales professional to lead our sales efforts in the EMEA region. As our new Head of Sales, EMEA, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive growth and profitability in this key market.
Working closely with our experienced team of Territory Sales Managers, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key customers and stakeholders, and driving sales orders to meet or exceed targets.
This role requires a deep understanding of the EMEA market, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be working with customers at the cutting edge of research in both academic and commercial settings, and will need to be able to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
