Software Support and API Engineer Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Software Support and API Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to business customers using our platform.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide technical support to business customers using our platform
* Create and maintain knowledge articles to help resolve customer-reported problems
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues

**Requirements**

* Strong experience providing technical support for B2B software
* Familiarity with Java, SQL, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs
* Experience with CRM tools (ServiceNow, Salesforce) and defect tracking systems (JIRA)
* UNIX/Linux environment experience is a plus

**What We Offer**

* Attractive salary up to £42,000 per year
* 12 months contract - within IR3- PAYE - paid on a weekly basis
* Hybrid role (2-3 days onsite, free parking available)
