About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Ward Manager in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Ward Manager in leading the team and making decisions related to patient care and unit operations.
- Develop and implement plans to improve patient outcomes and unit performance.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to junior colleagues and students.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of unit policies and procedures.
- Registered nurse with experience in neonatal care.
- Qualifications in neonatal nursing or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of post-registration experience in a neonatal unit.
- Experience in leadership and management roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
