About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Sister to join our team at North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our surgical ward, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and supporting the Ward Manager in providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Support the Ward Manager in managing the ward and its resources
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Contribute to the development of the ward's strategic plan
Requirements
  • 1st Level NMC Registration
  • Relevant surgical experience
  • Evidence of leadership qualities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
