Job Title: Director, Health Policy

Gilead Sciences, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Health Policy to join our team. As a key member of our Global Medical Affairs organization, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing our HIV medical strategy and policy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the annual HIV Global Medical Affairs digital plan
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent strategy and aligned planning
  • Manage projects to completion, anticipating obstacles and difficulties
  • Assist in the medical review and certification of materials developed by HIV global teams
  • Exhibit Gilead's core values: integrity, teamwork, accountability, excellence, and inclusion

Requirements:

  • MD, PharmD, DO, or PhD degree with at least 5 years of experience in HIV Infection
  • Proven experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industries
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
