As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our digital strategy to enhance healthcare professionals' and other stakeholders' medical education effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Digital Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive digital plan to support our HIV Global Medical Affairs team, ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our Global Strategic Marketing, Global Public Affairs, and Global Legal teams to ensure a consistent strategy and aligned planning.
- Manage Projects and Resources: Oversee the execution of medical educational initiatives, manage projects to completion, and allocate resources effectively.
- Communicate Effectively: Maintain regular communication with our HIV Global Medical Affairs teams, affiliates, and other stakeholders to ensure knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Exhibit Core Values: Demonstrate Gilead's core values of integrity, teamwork, accountability, excellence, and inclusion in all aspects of your work.
- HIV-Specific Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of HIV infection and experience in using technology to enhance medical education.

- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrate the ability to think strategically and align medical, public health, and commercial strategies.
- Education and Experience: Hold a MD, PharmD, DO, or PhD degree with at least 5 years of experience in HIV infection, preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industries.
