  1. Develop and implement strategies to efficiently manage and respond to medical information requests.
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality metrics.
  3. Contribute to the development of training programs and materials to support Medical Customer Engagement Centre activities.
  4. Oversee the process of ensuring content accuracy and consistency with product labeling and new updates.
  5. Utilize expertise in the pharmaceutical industry, including medical information, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  7. Drive business process improvements and implement best practices to enhance customer experience.
  8. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of regulations, guidelines, and the practice of medicine as it relates to medical information.
  9. Develop and implement metrics to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
