Associate Director, Cell Therapy, Medical Education Specialist

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director, Cell Therapy, Medical Education to join our team. As a key member of our Medical Education department, you will play a critical role in developing and executing medical education strategies to support our cell therapy products.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute medical education plans that align with our business objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external medical education providers to ensure high-quality educational programs.
- Manage and track the status of medical education projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Develop and maintain expertise in medical science, with a focus on cell therapy, to inform medical education strategies.
- Work closely with the Medical Communications Director to ensure alignment with enterprise needs and goals.
- Advanced scientific degree, PharmD, PhD, or MD preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience working in the pharmaceutical and/or medical education environment.
- Medical Education experience preferred.
- Strong leadership capabilities and project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a matrixed organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with direction from management.
- Demonstrated track record of being a team player.
- Ability to successfully interface with senior-level colleagues in medical and commercial organizations.
- Creativity and innovation displayed in past accomplishments.
