We are seeking an experienced Business Expansion Consultant to join our team at Secure Code Warrior Limited. In this role, you will drive growth and expansion within our mid-market and SMB segments by developing and implementing customized success plans to maximize client engagement and adoption of our platform.
Main Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customized success plans to maximize client engagement and adoption of our platform.
- Build and consistently present quality business reviews for your assigned book of business, showcasing metrics, defined value, outcomes, product roadmap, relationship alignment, and usage best practices.
- Help mitigate churn and drive expansion through strong customer advocacy and referenceability.
Competitive Salary
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum.
