Business Development Specialist Opportunity

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to join our team in West Yorkshire. As a key member of our Environmental Products Division, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with existing customers.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. They will also be proactive and results-driven, with a keen focus on achieving sales targets.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in business development and sales. We offer a competitive salary of £40,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus quarterly sales target bonuses.

About the Role:

  • Identify new business opportunities and prospect non-user accounts
  • Build relationships with existing customers and negotiate sales contracts
  • Analyze sales reports and trends to identify commercial markets and product opportunities
  • Participate in team sales meetings and share business development insights

Requirements:

  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the industry
  • Experience in sales, account management, or business development
  • Familiarity with selling products online and face-to-face
