Our Living Wage Foundation promotes the Living Wage campaign, which aims to end in-work poverty by ensuring that all workers earn a living wage.

Job Description:

This role will focus on building strong relationships with accredited employers in the East Midlands region, growing the number of Living Wage accreditations, and supporting projects that promote the Living Wage campaign. You will also contribute to the development of our strategy and objectives, engage with diverse stakeholders, and deliver high-quality communications materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH ACCREDITED EMPLOYERS IN THE EAST MIDLANDS REGION
  • GROW THE NUMBER OF LIVING WAGE ACCREDITATIONS IN THE REGION
  • SUPPORT PROJECTS THAT PROMOTE THE LIVING WAGE CAMPAIGN
  • DELIVER A HIGH-QUALITY EXPERIENCE TO ACCREDITED EMPLOYERS
  • DEVELOP PLANS TO GROW ACCREDITATIONS IN THE REGION

Requirements:

  • MINIMUM 2 YEARS PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN AN ADMINISTRATIVE ROLE
  • EXPERIENCE OF MANAGING SALESFORCE OR SIMILAR DATABASES
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND ABILITY TO WORK WITH SENIOR STAKEHOLDERS
