We are looking for a talented Vocal Advocacy Officer to join our team at Healthwatch Wiltshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for representing Healthwatch Wiltshire at meetings and events, building strong relationships with local community groups, and delivering community-focused engagement work.

The successful candidate will have experience in community engagement or outreach roles, excellent organisational skills, and a creative approach to problem-solving. They will also possess a strong commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.

You will receive a competitive salary of £29,093 per annum (pro rata) plus benefits, including 30 days annual leave per annum plus bank holidays (pro rata), Workplace Pension Scheme with 6% employer contribution, and Employee Assistance Programme provides access to shopping discounts, online counseling, and on-demand GP services.
