Youth Advocacy Specialist

As a Youth Advocacy Specialist with our client, you will be responsible for advocating on behalf of young people and their families who are affected by violence and exploitation. With expertise and knowledge, you will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement strategies to prevent exploitation and violence.
You will provide support to parents and carers to help them gain a greater understanding of the challenges they face and secure the safety and positive outcomes they want for their children. With agile working and flexible working policies, you will have the freedom to work in different locations, including from home, our client's office in Southwark, and/or community locations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Advocate on behalf of young people and their families who are affected by violence and exploitation
- Work closely with the team to develop and implement strategies to prevent exploitation and violence
- Provide support to parents and carers to help them navigate the complexities of safeguarding and child protection
Salary: £27,445 per annum
