Job Description

Social Personnel is recruiting for a Youth and Family Services Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality services to vulnerable youth and families. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned professional to make a lasting impact in the community.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of youth workers and family support specialists, overseeing service delivery, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. They will have experience leading teams, managing budgets, and developing strategic plans to drive service improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of youth workers and family support specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to enhance service quality.
  • Develop and manage budgets, allocating resources effectively to meet service needs and priorities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and maximize outcomes for clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, research, and developments to inform service delivery and advocacy efforts.
  • Represent Social Personnel at community events, meetings, and forums, promoting our services and building partnerships.

In exchange for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as:
