Hospice UK is looking for a dedicated individual to fill the role of Lead for Children and Young People Services. As Head of Youth and Family Services, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering a modern People and Culture plan that aligns with our values and supports the successful delivery of our strategy.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people. You'll work closely with colleagues to understand their needs and objectives, ensuring our services are tailored to meet the unique requirements of this vulnerable group.

The estimated salary for this position is £58,000 - £68,000 per annum, depending on experience. You'll also enjoy a range of benefits, including access to The Hospice Jobs Board, a comprehensive listing of UK hospice vacancies.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing a People and Culture plan that supports the successful delivery of the Hospice UK strategy
