Trainer and Educator in Breast Cancer Awareness

We are seeking an experienced Trainer and Educator to join our team and lead the development and delivery of a 3-year Train the Trainer pilot programme across England or Scotland.
This exciting opportunity will see you work closely with our Public Health Development Managers to design and deliver high-quality training programmes that equip local healthcare professionals, health promotion workers, and community workers with the knowledge and resources to promote breast awareness, screening, and risk reduction messages.
With a strong background in public health and education, you will have experience of developing and delivering training programmes, as well as engaging with diverse audiences.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of health inequalities and their impact on health outcomes, as well as excellent communication and engagement skills.
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on location and experience, as well as hybrid working arrangements with opportunities for flexible working.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the development and delivery of the Train the Trainer pilot programme
- Design and deliver high-quality training programmes for local healthcare professionals and community workers
- Work closely with Public Health Development Managers to develop marketing materials and resource packs
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to trainees
