Health Promotion Manager for Vulnerable Populations

We are looking for a highly motivated Health Promotion Manager to join our team and lead the development and delivery of a 3-year Train the Trainer pilot programme across England or Scotland.
This exciting opportunity will see you work closely with our Public Health Development Managers to develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to promote breast awareness, screening, and risk reduction messages in vulnerable populations.
With a strong background in health promotion and public health, you will have experience of working with diverse audiences, as well as developing and implementing effective health promotion strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of health inequalities and their impact on health outcomes, as well as excellent communication and engagement skills.
We offer a competitive salary of £47,000 - £57,000 per annum, depending on location and experience, as well as hybrid working arrangements with opportunities for flexible working.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the development and delivery of the Train the Trainer pilot programme
- Develop and implement a comprehensive health promotion strategy to promote breast awareness and screening in vulnerable populations
- Work closely with Public Health Development Managers to develop marketing materials and resource packs
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to trainees
