Vulnerable Adult Supporter

We are seeking an experienced Vulnerable Adult Supporter to join our Cera Care team. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide person-centred care to vulnerable adults in their own homes, promoting independence and well-being.
About the Role:
- Develop trusting relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences
- Deliver tailored care plans, incorporating emotional support and practical assistance
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care delivery
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate: £12.00 - £14.00 per hour (dependent on experience)

- Permanent contract with regular working hours and a comprehensive benefits package
Essential Requirements:
- Aged 18 or over
- Valid UK driving licence and use of a reliable vehicle
- Secure mobile phone with approved communication app
