We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Cancer Care Specialist in NHS National Services Scotland. This is a fixed-term post of 12 months, providing an exciting opportunity for someone with a combination of skills within healthcare and exercise science.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patients' needs and develop tailored prehabilitation plans to enhance their physical and mental well-being prior to and during treatment.
- Deliver and adapt prehabilitation programs to meet individual patient needs.
- Provide guidance and support to help patients optimise their quality of life.
- Degree in a relevant field such as healthcare or exercise science.
- Relevant certification in cancer care or prehabilitation is preferred (opportunity exists to complete this as part of the professional development of the role).
- Passion for improving patient outcomes and quality of life.

- Competitive salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum depending on experience.
