Care Lead

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Lead to join our residential care team at Middlefields House Care Home. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their health and well-being, and ensuring their physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual needs are met.
As a Care Lead, you will be responsible for supervising staff, administering medications, and arranging cover for absent staff members. You will also be required to provide personal care to residents, support them with daily activities, and ensure their care plans are up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care to residents

About You:
- You will have a strong empathy for older people and be able to work in a team environment
- You will have experience working as a Senior Care Assistant in residential care and hold a relevant qualification
