About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Deputy Home Manager to join our team at HC-One Ltd. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of clinical care are maintained in our care homes. This will involve providing specialist nursing support and advice, taking charge of resident care in the absence of the Home Manager, and supervising and coaching colleagues to deliver exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide specialist nursing support and advice to residents and colleagues
  • Take charge of resident care in the absence of the Home Manager

  • Contribute to the development of care plans and policies
  • Participate in safeguarding training and ensure the safety and well-being of residents
