About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic pharmacist to join our friendly pharmacy team at Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge and skills, participate in quality improvement developments, and be part of a cohesive, supportive team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality clinical pharmacy services as a member of our ward-based teams.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy services, including medicines management and optimisation.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • A vocational Master's degree in Pharmacy plus pre-registration training resulting in registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council as a Pharmacist.
  • Demonstrates commitment to Continuing Professional Development.
  • Previous hospital pharmacy experience is desirable.
