Resort Operations Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced General Manager to lead our Skegness Resort team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of department heads and their teams across the resort.
- Collaborate with the Resort Director to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure the highest operational standards are maintained across all departments, focusing on guest satisfaction, NPS scores, and rebooks.
- Develop and implement robust action plans to improve EBITDA targets, NPS, retention, and labour turnover.
- Model our company culture and values, promoting engagement and effective objective setting, coaching, and PDPs.
About You
We are looking for an individual with substantial experience in a similar operational role, preferably in the hospitality or leisure industry. You should have strong leadership experience, with the ability to influence and motivate your team to achieve business objectives. Solid experience in strategic planning, budgets, payroll, and NPS is essential. You should also have a strong focus on compliance and process management.
