Taxation and Financial Management Vice President

We are seeking a seasoned Tax professional to lead our global tax operations transformation program. As a Vice President, you will be responsible for uplifting our division's data sourcing and transformation capabilities through the establishment of a tax data lake and engineered calculation and analysis platform. You will also standardize, globalize, and operationalize global direct and indirect tax processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax, accounting, or finance, with 6+ years of relevant experience leading projects. They will possess excellent communication skills, be able to prioritize workload, and drive results. The candidate should also have a proven track record of scoping and delivering projects on time and to budget.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the global tax operations transformation program
  • Developing and implementing a tax data lake and engineered calculation and analysis platform
  • Standardizing, globalizing, and operationalizing global direct and indirect tax processes
  • Managing project scope, issues, challenges, and risks
  • Reporting project status and developing high-quality deliverables

The successful candidate will be a collaborative team player with excellent people management skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders. They will be highly organized, able to handle multiple tasks, and prioritize accordingly. The ideal candidate will also have experience with JIRA, project budgeting, and steering committee calls.
