Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our dynamic team as a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and satisfaction.

As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various channels.
  2. Providing accurate and comprehensive information to customers regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
  3. Identifying and assessing customer needs, effectively troubleshooting problems, and providing appropriate solutions or escalating issues to the relevant department.
  4. Processing customer orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
  5. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and complaints in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
  7. Proactively identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and providing feedback to the management team.
  8. Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company updates to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy. A high school qualification or equivalent is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software and experience using Customer Service software. The salary for this role is estimated at $45,000-$60,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
