- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field
- Significant sales experience in software/services organization
- Experience managing multiple sales professionals
- Deep understanding of insurance industry and its risk management
- Knowledge of insurance solutions
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Second European language proficiency
Estimated salary range: $150,000 - $200,000 per annum
