Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Waters Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products throughout their lifecycle, from design to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Quality Engineering in product lifecycle management to ensure manufacturability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Support activities related to the Quality Management System (QMS), including CAPA, NCRs, MRB, deviations, and supplier audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of problems and develop plans for short-term and long-term remediation.
- Represent supplier quality for new product development activities and support supplier performance assessment processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the Quality system in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and 21 CFR part 820.
Requirements
- Proven knowledge of ISO 9001 and experience in ISO 13485 and 21 CFR part 820.
- Demonstrated practical approach to problem-solving.
- Good understanding of supplier quality and continuous improvement techniques.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work independently and communicate with all levels of the organization.
