Job Description:

As a Product Quality Assurance Specialist at Waters Corporation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products throughout their lifecycle. This includes managing product manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and representing Quality Engineering during new product development activities.

You will support various quality management systems (QMS) including CAPA, NCRs, MRB, deviations, and perform external audits to ensure supplier compliance. Additionally, you will attend regular cross-functional team meetings to identify root causes of problems and develop short-term and long-term remediation plans.

Your expertise in ISO 9001, experience with ISO 13485, and knowledge of 21 CFR part 820 will be valuable assets in this role. You will also have the opportunity to identify and implement process improvements to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our Quality system.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A qualification in an Engineering or Science subject or relevant experience in an Engineering or Science related function.
  • Proven knowledge of ISO 9001, experience in ISO 13485, and 21 CFR part 820 desired.
  • Demonstrated practical approach towards problem-solving.
  • Good understanding of supplier quality.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement techniques.
