About the Role:

In this key position, you will lead the implementation of quality engineering principles to drive product quality and reliability across the organization. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality-related issues, developing and maintaining quality standards, and conducting supplier audits to ensure compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Representing Quality Engineering during product lifecycle management to ensure manufacturability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Supporting QMS activities, including CAPA, NCRs, MRB, deviations, and performing external audits.
  • Collaborating with suppliers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the Quality system.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Engineering or a Science-related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and 21 CFR part 820.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
