Job Title: Lead Producer

DAZN is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Producer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of high-quality live and non-live National League content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of producers and assistant producers to develop and deliver innovative live and non-live National League programming.
  • Work closely with internal and external partners to improve the quality of coverage and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Manage key relationships with internal departments and the National League's management team.
  • Develop and deliver Development Plans for staff and provide regular feedback to enable everyone to achieve their goals and progress their careers.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in live match directing, with experience in football and other sports.
  • Excellent knowledge of National League football and an interest in sports in general.
  • Ability to produce live and non-live programs, with experience in working within budget and under pressure.
  • Strong people management skills and ability to set clear targets and support staff to achieve them.
  • Excellent knowledge of Premiere Pro and willingness to master DAZN's systems.
