Job Title: Senior Producer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Producer to join our team at DAZN. As a Senior Producer, you will be responsible for producing and creating innovative live and non-live content across various platforms, durations, and styles. You will work closely with our internal departments and governing bodies, including UEFA, to maintain and improve relationships across a broad spectrum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and produce live and non-live football programmes for on- and off-platform consumption, working to tight deadlines and delivering on time and on-budget.
- Work in TV galleries and OB trucks as live producer on broadcast shows and lead editorial direction in a live on-air environment.
- Produce non-live content using ViMix and other 'smart' technology.
- Lead and work collaboratively with a wide variety of production and non-production staff to develop and deliver ideas, collaborating with a wide spectrum of internal departments.
- Find, lead, and work with a wide variety of freelance staff, including commentators.
- Schedule, book, and coordinate internal and external staff, as well as outside companies, across different strands.
- Demonstrate an ability to identify, nurture, and develop talent.
- Work on-site in our Leeds office, off-site at various locations (domestic and foreign) with a mix of weekday, weekend, and night-working, sometimes requiring overnight stays.
Requirements:
- An appetite for hard work and an ability to deal with and thrive under pressure.
- Creative and innovative with an ability to translate ideas into compelling storytelling.
- A proven leader who can set clear targets and support staff to achieve them.
- Ability to produce live and non-live programmes.
- Experience of working within budget, quickly and accurately, often under pressure.
- Ability to edit with Premiere Pro and a willingness to master DAZN's systems.
- Good level of Microsoft Office skills, including Google Docs, Word, PPT, and Excel.
- Able to set priorities and targets for assigned tasks and manage your own time.
- Motivated to learn and improve current skillset.
- Able to work collaboratively with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Team player who can nurture and support direct reports.
- Excellent knowledge of UWCL, women's football, and an interest in sports in general.
