Event Project Director Opportunity

Live Recruitment is seeking a talented Event Project Director to join their team. As a key member of the events team, you will be responsible for delivering high-profile events and managing a portfolio of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage event delivery from initial brainstorming to on-site delivery
  • Oversee full event logistics, including travel, accommodation, content, virtual/hybrid solutions, exhibitions, catering, and internal/freelance teams
  • Develop and manage budgets in excess of £1M
  • Develop existing accounts by recognizing opportunities for growth

Requirements:

  • Agency experience is essential, with a proven track record of delivering high-profile events
  • Strong global events experience and client-facing abilities
  • Ability to commit to 2 days a week in the office
