Position Overview:
As a pivotal member of our team, you will collaborate closely with various internal departments and governing organizations, ensuring that relationships are nurtured and enhanced across a diverse range of stakeholders. Your extensive experience across all phases of the production cycle—from concept development and scriptwriting to live production—will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and produce both live and pre-recorded football programming for various platforms, adhering to strict deadlines and budgetary constraints.
- Act as a live producer in TV galleries and outside broadcast environments, guiding editorial direction during live broadcasts.
- Utilize advanced technology, including ViMix, to create engaging non-live content.
- Lead a diverse team of production and non-production personnel to brainstorm and execute innovative ideas.
- Recruit and manage freelance talent, including commentators, to enhance production quality.
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for both internal and external staff, as well as third-party companies.
- Identify and cultivate talent within the team, fostering a supportive environment.
- Work both on-site and off-site, with a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends.
Qualifications:
- A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Creative mindset with a knack for transforming ideas into compelling narratives.
- Proven leadership skills, capable of setting clear objectives and guiding team members towards achieving them.
- Experience in producing both live and recorded programming.
- Proficiency in budget management and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with editing software, particularly Premiere Pro, and a willingness to learn DAZN's proprietary systems.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- A passion for women's football and a solid understanding of the sport.
