Job Description

Job Title: Senior Producer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Producer to join our team at DAZN. As a Senior Producer, you will be responsible for producing and creating innovative live and non-live content across various platforms, durations, and styles. You will work closely with our internal departments and governing bodies, including UEFA, to develop and deliver high-quality content that meets our audience's expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement content strategies to engage our audience and drive business growth.
  • Produce and direct live and non-live content, including live matches, studio shows, and other programming.
  • Work closely with our editorial team to develop and refine content ideas and concepts.
  • Collaborate with our production team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of content.
  • Manage and lead a team of producers, editors, and other production staff to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including UEFA, to ensure seamless content delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our content remains innovative and engaging.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in content production, preferably in a live events or sports broadcasting environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong creative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative content ideas.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Proficiency in video editing software, such as Premiere Pro, and other production tools.
  • Strong knowledge of sports, particularly women's football, and the ability to develop engaging content that appeals to a wide audience.
