Job Title: Content Producer

Ride Shotgun is a dynamic and innovative agency that's changing the game in strategic brand activation and production. As a Content Producer, you'll play a crucial role in bringing our clients' visions to life through high-quality photography and video content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Scoping: Interpret client briefs and develop cost-effective solutions that meet their needs.
  • Scheduling and Time Management: Proactively manage your time and workload to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Client Liaison: Work closely with our client service team to develop strong relationships with clients and facilitate regular communication to ensure project success.
  • Resource Planning: Collaborate with the Lead Producer and Studio Manager to plan resources for shoots and ensure seamless execution.
  • Briefing: Develop comprehensive briefs from all departments to ensure the studio team is well-prepared for each project.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues at every level, escalating when necessary to ensure project success.
  • Project Support: Provide end-to-end support for projects, ensuring a thorough understanding of each project's status at any given time.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile shoots once complete for accurate financial reporting.
  • Project Debrief: Run and manage debrief sessions to review what went well and what can be improved or learned from.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a producer or in a related role.
  • Confident communication skills to present work to clients and team members.
  • The flexibility to work with a wide range of sectors in both B2B and B2C.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to drive projects forward.
  • Proven experience as a photography/video producer working in content production.
  • A proactive end-to-end project manager who understands the creative process and can manage all types of creative content.
  • A team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
