Job Title: Content Producer

Ride Shotgun is a dynamic and innovative agency that's changing the game in the UK. As a Content Producer, you'll be part of a talented team that's passionate about delivering exceptional results for our clients.

About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Content Producer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you'll be responsible for facilitating, producing, and delivering high-quality content for our clients. Your goal will be to simplify the production experience, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional results that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client liaison: Develop strong relationships with our client service team and clients, understanding their industry, challenges, and competitors.
  • Scheduling and time management: Proactively manage your time and workload to complete tasks to deadline.
  • Project scoping: Interpret briefs and find cost-effective solutions.
  • Timing plans: Assist with producing project timing plans accurately and efficiently.
  • Resource planning: Work with the resource team to plan resources for projects.
  • Briefing: Assist in ensuring briefs from all departments are completed, consolidated, added to, or edited to brief the studio team effectively.
  • Team management: Work towards managing freelance talent commissioned to complete projects.
  • Commercial awareness: Develop a strong commercial awareness and look for ways to improve profit.
  • Problem solving: Find solutions and resolve issues at every level, escalating problems or issues that cannot be resolved alone.
  • Reconciliation: Learn and progress to reconcile projects once complete to contribute towards accurate financial reporting.
  • Project Debrief: Assist with running debrief sessions to go through what went well and what the business or department can learn or improve on.
  • Communication: Stay in contact with all crew and departments at every step of a project.
