Job Title: Assistant Producer/ Producer

Ride Shotgun is a leading strategic brand, activation, and production agency in the UK, known for delivering big in production to deliver fully joined-up brand journeys for clients of all shapes and sizes.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Producer/ Producer to join our Production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating, producing, and delivering content on behalf of our clients and prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with producing project timing plans accurately and efficiently
  • Work with the resource team to plan resource for projects
  • Assist with briefing the studio team and managing freelance talent
  • Develop a strong commercial awareness and look for ways to improve profit
  • Learn and progress to reconcile projects once complete to contribute towards accurate financial reporting
  • Stay in contact with all crew and departments at every step of a project
  • Learn to seek out opportunities for organic growth to increase the scope of projects
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to think creatively
  • Experience in a production or creative agency environment
