About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at Devon Partnership NHS Trust. As a key member of our Integrated Neurodiversity Pathway, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people who are neurodivergent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with children, families, and professionals to adopt a person-centred, holistic approach to care.
  • Evaluate the mental health, emotional well-being, and specific challenges of children and young people who are neurodivergent.
  • Contribute to the neurodevelopmental assessment pathway in the service.
  • Engage in wider service duties such as duty, screening, team support through supervision and mentoring, and contributing to service improvement initiatives.
