About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assessment Development Manager to join our team at the Institution of Mechanical Engineers Careers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of assessment processes for apprenticeships, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and leading the development and delivery of robust, valid, and reliable assessments within the engineering sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Assessment Delivery Strategy for EPA, collaborating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all assessments authentically reflect the intended learning outcomes, are reliably administered, and adhere to regulatory requirements.
