About the Role

The Senior Assessment Associate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of assessments across various qualifications. This role requires a strong understanding of quality assurance and assessment practices, as well as excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of assessments.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and maintain assessment specifications and criteria.
  • Lead standardization and moderation activities to ensure consistency in assessment marking.
  • Provide training and support to assessors and moderators to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to carry out their roles effectively.
  • Monitor and report on assessment quality and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience in quality assurance and assessment practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of IT proficiency.
