At Targeted Provision Ltd, we prioritize creating a supportive environment for our students with Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in Staffordshire.

We are looking for a Learning Support Coach to join our team and provide expert tutoring services to students with diverse learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement tailored lesson plans to address the unique needs of each student
  • Deliver engaging and interactive tutoring sessions that promote academic growth and social-emotional development
  • Work closely with our SEN/SEND Support Team to ensure comprehensive support for students and their families
Requirements:
  • Professional teaching qualifications (e.g., QTS, QTLS)
  • Minimum 2 years teaching experience, preferably in inclusive settings
  • Experience working with students with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or other Additional Educational Needs
  • Enhanced DBS check (we can assist with obtaining this if needed)
  • Two professional references
