**Job Title:** Inclusive Coach Development Director

The salary range for this role is approximately £45,000 - £60,000 per year.

**Job Summary:

ENGINEERINGUK seeks an experienced and passionate individual to lead the design and delivery of coach development programmes that promote inclusivity and diversity in women's football. As Inclusive Coach Development Director, you will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment process for positive action programmes and collaborating with colleagues to ensure effective deployment of resources.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a robust recruitment process for coach development programmes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective budget management.
  • Promote the FA's Diversity & Inclusion programmes with key external stakeholders.

**Requirements:

  • Coaching qualification and understanding of the women's game.
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft applications, including Word and Excel.
  • Ability to organise learning experiences, events, and project management.
