Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the execution of financial processes, including Record to Report ('RTR').
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Group Finance & External Auditors, ensuring timely responses to queries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve processes.
  • Supervise and develop a team of accountants, ensuring they meet deadlines and achieve targets.

Requirements:

  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or studying towards it.
  • Excellent understanding of IT systems and processes, with experience in IFRS and UK GAAP application.
  • 3+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in retail or FMCG industry.
  • Advanced Excel skills with experience in building complex models and large data sets.

Estimated Salary Range: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum
