Job Title: Senior Occupational Medicine Department Head

FACULTY OF OCCUPATIONAL MEDICINE-1 is seeking a highly experienced leader to oversee its Examinations and Training Department. As the Senior Occupational Medicine Department Head, you will provide strategic direction, operational management, and administrative support to ensure the successful implementation of our plans in the rapidly growing medical education sector.

This key role involves providing leadership to the staff team, supporting senior colleagues, and delivering high-quality examination and assessment activities that meet customer expectations.

We are looking for an individual who can drive business growth, develop effective strategies, and lead a team to achieve outstanding results. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and operational management to the Examinations and Training Department
  • Lead a team to deliver high-quality examination and assessment activities

Requirements:

  • Strong track record of leadership and management experience

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range of £50,000-£55,000 per annum
  • 35 hours per week, split between Central London and remote working arrangements
