We are looking for a Leadership Role in Medical Education to provide strategic direction and leadership to our examinations and training department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

This is a senior leadership role requiring a strong understanding of the medical education sector, excellent leadership skills, and experience in managing teams and projects. You will work closely with senior colleagues to develop and implement business plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.

FACULTY OF OCCUPATIONAL MEDICINE-1 is a professional body and medical charity committed to improving health at work. Our activities include providing examinations and accreditation schemes, with the Faculty defining the curriculum for occupational medicine training.

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £60,000 per annum, based on industry standards and the location.
