About This Opportunity
">We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as Training and Assessment Manager, responsible for managing the Examinations and Training Department.
You will lead a team of professionals, developing and implementing strategies to improve examination and assessment processes, and collaborating with senior colleagues to drive business success.

Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you will need:
• Proven experience in examinations and training management, preferably in a medical education setting.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement.
• Knowledge of current developments in medical education and occupational medicine.
• A collaborative approach, with a focus on customer-centric delivery.
