Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled Senior Practitioner to join our Care Experienced Children's team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and supporting children and families across the county borough. You will work closely with other teams and agencies to provide high-quality services and ensure the best possible outcomes for children and young people.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and supporting children and families across the county borough. They will need to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A valid driving license is required, as is an Enhanced DBS check with children's barred list clearance.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need 3 years' experience as a Social Worker and have a strong understanding of the principles of the 'Signs of Safety' social work model. You will also need to be able to work collaboratively with other professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for children and young people.
